    Meeting Minutes dated 1/26/1907 of the Stockholders in the Fairhope Improvement Company. Among the business conducted was the election of Joseph Fels, Bolton Hall, Frank L. Brown, R. F. Powell and William Stimpson as directors. The Steamer Fairhope was valued at $15,000 and authorization was made to sell the boat. A 6% dividend was authorized.
