Letter dated 9/2/1893 to E. B. Gaston from Henry Olerich of Iowa. He uses the term "cooperative individualism" as outlined in his publication "A Cityless and Countryless World." He offers to send Gaston a copy of it for the price of postage. Further, he says he knows individuals who have offered as much as $30,000 to establish a community based on the principles of Cooperative Individualism, but that he has not attempted to organize as of yet.
