In the 10/14/1908 meeting the manager overseeing the boat is authorized to borrown $350 to repair the boiler on the Steamer Fairhope II. In the 1/5/1909 meeting, the president was authorized to outline an agreement with M. V. Watros to be clerk of the boat.
