Meeting Minutes dated 1/19/1909 of the Fairhope Improvement Company. E. B. Gaston, president; G.M. Bancroft, secretary; J. W. Braam, treasurer. Motion was made to arbitrate a difference in accounts between Mr. Owen Roberts, captain of the Steamer Fairhope II, and the Fairhope Improvement Company. The secretary was authorized to take possession of a roll-top desk owned by the company from the residence of James Bellangee. |
