Brown has bought a bond in the People's Railroad Company, and Gaston is sending him his certificate of membership, the original prospectus for the PRR, and a copy of the decision rendered by the Alabama Supreme Court for the Melville suit, the latter so that Brown will know the basis on which the Fairhope Single Tax Corporation and the PRR are legally incorporated.
