Letter dated 3/29/1915 to Miss Mary L. Adams in Portland, Maine from E. B. Gaston thanking her and her mother for the $25 for the People's Railroad Bond. He says he hope the single tax club in Portland will "accomplish some substantial results." He references a recent "interesting time" with Mr. Warren (possibly Fiske Warren), Mr. Danziger and Mr. Scott. He mentions the Melville suit. He also mentions Louis Post, editor of The Public nespaper. Both he and Mrs. Gaston send regards. |
