    Letter dated 4/20/1923 to the Alabama Public Service Commission from Anne B. Call saying that the wharf was turned over to the Peoples Railroad Company to operate ten years ago and has not been bringing in revenue since that time. The wharf reverted to the Fairhope Single Tax Corporation on 1/1/1923. It was suggested that the railroad be turned over too but the Corporation decided not to attempt it.
