George Pollay reported his agreement with Nancy Lewis to buy the Bowen land and the improvements for $100. Gaston reported the purchase of 200 acres of Bowen land including 40 acres claimed by Nancy Lewis for $250. Motion to reimburse money paid by Mr. Dellgren to the Merchanise fund was rescinded.

Well Committee reports that work should start on digging the well the next day, and the most opportune place is the intersection of the 80 foot street and the 66 foot street. Moved to pay Mrs. Nancy Lewis the balance of the money owed to her. A committee to appraise the value of improvements was formed.
