Letter dated 11/2/1906 to Levi Wells of Zanesville, Ohio from E. B. Gaston regarding a real estate transaction. Gaston says it will be necessary for Wells to make an application and encloses a blank. Gaston mentions some damage to a barn due to a storm, which he has had repaired and encloses receipt bills for same. He shows that he has collected $5.00 from Dr. Sheldon and other accounting which is too faint to read.
