It is a windy day, as the flags over the Wharf House are blowing and a lady walking on the wharf is holding her hat. A boy has climbed the ladder to above the Wharf House roof to dive into the bay, following the boy who is pictured in mid-air. The Single Tax Colony sign is prominent, announcing "No Speculation for Anybody." The wording on the sign would change slightly over the years to "no speculation for anyone." |
