Photograph by Frank Stewart, The Picture Man, titled "On Bay View Ave" (correctly known as Bayview Street) in Fairhope, Alabama. The photo is c.1910-1915. The picture shows three houses located on the west side of Bayview Street between Fairhope Avenue and Magnolia Avenue. The third house on the left is the home of a Fairhope founder, James Bellangee. At the intersection of Bayview Street and Magnolia Avenue, a large white residence at the far left is seen This is "The Columns" built in 1904, which stands on the north side of Magnolia Avenue.
