Mitchell has completed an 'abstract' for the 'Village" property and is ready to deliver it to The Fairhope Industrial Association. It is thirty pages long. Mitchell says he has increased his bill from $40 to $45.50, because E. Q. Norton billed him for board when Mitchell was on-site, and Mitchell thought he was a guest of Norton's.
