    Decision of suit filed in Baldwin County, Alabama by the Fairhope Single Tax Corporation against George Fredericks, Paul K. Dealy and Horace L. Dunnell. The suit charged the defendants were delinquent on payment of their rent to the FSTC.     Letter dated 7/15/1040 to C. A. Gaston from Converse Harwell explaining why he and his wife Edith have been unable to pay their colony rent. Their North Carolina property has not sold yet, even in the two years since the couple moved to Fairhope. Harwell mentions the state of his wife's pottery business, and includes his resume, which he has mailed to 30 firms in Mobile seeking employment.
