Letter dated 3/31/1910 to J. S. Arthur in University City, Mississippi from E. B. Gaston. Gaston is giving information about the title to the original land purchased by the Fairhope Industrial Association (now the Fairhope Single Tax Association) from Sarah Tatum. The Tatum track was challenged by the Stapleton suit, but chancery court in Mobile ruled in Mrs. Tatum's favor. Portions of this letter are torn and not legible.
