   Letter dated 12/25/1890 to E. B. Gaston from Charles Graves Holt (?) from the Excelsior Academy in Excelsior, Minnesota. He has read the prospectus of the proposed colony in Lake Arthur, Louisiana. He likes many of the ideas but his thoughts are more along the lines of Bellamy's Industrial Army which he outlines in his letter.
