Sanders thinks he should be on the Locating Committee for the Colony and says he has "no faith in Mr. B in selecting a location. He tells Gaston to "hand this (letter) to the Gen'l" referring to General Weaver. N. B. "Mr. B" is James Bellangee.

    Letter written to E. B. Gaston from Ed. H. Fulton on April 25, 1894 asking Gaston to proof his article on Individualism for the May edition of the Altrurian newspaper. He goes on to comment on politics saying that the cooperative colonies will solve the problems, not the parties. He says that General Weaver is not only a hero but a plain and honest man.

    Letter written to E. B. Gaston on 5/05/1894 from Jas. McClung, Iowa. He cannot join at present and he is getting on in years and as far as manual labor is concerned, he would not amount to much. He is 68 years old. He has been identified with the reform movement for the last 20 years and voted for Gen. Weaver in 1880. Wishes Fairhope Industrial Association the best.
