   Letter dated 7/30/1906 to E. B. Gaston from F. W. Rose writing from Cumberland, Maryland. Rose says he has received a letter from Mr. Wolf in Fairhope, in which Rose learned that the "trustee plan" was declared unconstitutional. Rose said that is reason enough to amend the Fairhope Single Tax Constitution. Rose says he is not a "kicker" and wants harmony in the Colony.
