   Meeting Minutes of the stockholders in the Fairhope Improvement Company dated 1/26/1910. It was decided that the officers of the Fairhope Improvement Company proceed to analize on the assets of the company as soon as they could without sacrificing the property and close up the company's business. E. B. Gaston, F. L. Brown, William Stimpson, H. F. Ring and A. E. Melville all of Fairhope were chosen directors.
