Letter dated 5/18/1979 to Craig T. Sheldon from Senator Robert I. Gulledge acknowledging receipt of his letter. He says that the (Fairhope Single Tax) Colony membership has voted to dissolve the charter of the present non-profit corporation, transferring its assets into the newly chartered profit corporation. He says that any action he would sponsor through the Alabama Legislature would be no different except that present lessees would also become members of the new Corporation. |
