Description |
Letter dated 3/28/1906 to E. B .Gaston from Joseph Fels, writing from London, England. Fels is sending a check for $8 for a copy of "Mr. Trenholme's plan." He is returning information Gaston sent him about "Mr. Littlefield's new idea," and asking Gaston to be more specific saying "you leave too much out." * Fels wants to know any new information about the transporation issue in Fairhope, specifically about acquiring another bay boat steamer since the Fairhope I burned. Fels, who helped finance the Fairhope I, says the boat "may not have served in vain." His brother Maurice will be visiting him in England for a month. *Littlefied was asked by Fels to supply a mold for special bricks Fels wanted for his projects in the U. K. Gaston served as the intermediary. |
