Gaston has asked Stromberg (or his mother) to take over the People's Railroad Company bank note for a year, but Stromberg tells Gaston he is not in a position to take that on. He and his mother plan to come to Fairhope in the winter and are looking forward to it. Stomberg comments of the War is affecting his business. |
