Meeting Minutes of the Fairhope Industrial Association dated February 8. 1894, Des Moines, Iowa. Order of business: Complete details of organization. In absence of Pres. and Vice Pres., Robert Elders was elected Charirman Pro Tem Voted on a penalty for delinquent payments. Adopted a supplement to rules relating to stock. Moved by Alf Wooster and seconded by J. P. Hunnel that the Secretary be allowed a salary of $40.00 for the month of February--carried unanimously. Those present: Alf Wooster, J. P. Hunnel, Andrew Engle, T. J. Newbury, Robert Elder and E. B. Gaston. These minutes were approved February 16 th |
