The history of the Corporation (FSTC) and the beginnings of the Fairhope Colony are disucssed as well as an explanation of Henry George's Single Tax theory and how it is demonstrated in Fairhope. Present-day video of Fairhope, and photographs of early Fairhope and late-nineteenth century Des Moines, Iowa are included.
