Scrip issued by the Credit Foncier Company, Topolobampo, Sinaloa, Mexico for services received. The amount is one tenth unit on account. Signed by John W. Lovell, Treasurer. The Topolobampo Bay Colony was a socialist experiment started in 1886 by Albert K. Owen. Marie Howland and her husband Edward Howland were members of the Colony.
