Various correspondence dated 1925 to 1932. Abe D. Waldauer, an attorney and single taxer in Memphis, Tennessee, is a supporter of the Fairhope Single Tax Colony. This file includes letters between Waldhauer and E. B. Gaston with topics ranging from a honeymoon location for Waldhauer to Gaston requesting Waldauer's professional opinion on issues relating to the Fairhope Single Tax Corporation (e,g, non-member leases, payment of Town of Fairhope taxes), In a letter dated December 11, 1932, Gaston writes Waldauer on the offer the Colony has received from Fiske Warren for land in Central Park in New York City.
