Letter dated 6/25/1923 to Mr. James H. Zelnicker from Fiske Warren regarding the remission of wharfage fees agreement. He notes that no such agreement is in the contract and that neither he, nor Mr. Cohen nor Gaston can provide it without permission of the council. However, he and Mr. Gaston discussed it and felt it might be remitted since no wharfage fee was paid when the rails arrived. He is passing on his request to Mr. Gaston and Mr. Cohen. |
