Description |
Meeting Minutes of the Fairhope Industrial Association dated June 15, 1896. Wharfinger gave report. C. L. Coleman reported that work on Fairhope Avenue would take place on Thursday and wanted as many as could to join him. The appraisal of C. L. Coleman's land proposed to be taken for school purposes had not yet been done. Moved and carried that the Secretary (E. B. Gaston) be instructed to give personal notice to members on the ground at once of opportunities to bid on land. Application for membership of George A. R. Lawrence reviewed, reference letter read. Moved and carried application be accepted. Application of E. B. Gaston for lot at corner Fairhope and Section taken from table. |
