Letter dated 5/5/1931 to the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Fairhope from Anne Bellangee Call. The Town of Fairhope is planning to pave some streets, but Call says all citizens concerned have not been notified about the paving, and therefore have not had time to comment to the Council about it. Further, Call mentions the current water main and the proposed sewer system to be laid under the streets identified for paving, and suggests these issues should be addressed first prior to paving.
