Undated letter (likely 1907-08) to E. B. Gaston from J. J. Pastoriza in Texas. Pastoriza is asking many questions about establishing a dam and water power plant on the Fish River. His son is a hydraulic and electical engineer, and is interested in purchasing some of the acreage along the river. Pastoiza references Mr. Ring, who showed him a letter from Gaston about this issue. |
