Description |
Letter dated 10/28/1908 to E. B. Gaston from Joseph Fels, writing from London, England. Fels is complimenting the "faithful" people of Fairhope in resisting "schemes" to take control of Colony-owned lands. He is also pleased about R. F. Powell's efforts with the barge situation, and hope he was of help in resolving issues between Mr. and Mrs. Powell and their daughter, Ivy. Further, he comments that it is too bad "our old friend Bellangee does not see eye to eye with you all." |
