Description |
Letter dated 9/30/1907 to E. B. Gaston from Joseph Fels where he enclosed letters from Paul Y. Allbright and the Treasurer of the Fairhope Improvement Company and notes a copy of a letter from Mrs. Howland and his reply. He expresses concern with the attitude of some people in Fairhope towards Mr. Powell. He feels it is important that the books of the Improvement Company be kept up to date and in clear shape. He notes that Powell may have laid Captain Pilcher off and that others are opposed to that action. He asks that Mr. Gaston be perfectly frank with him in this matter. |
