Description |
Letter dated 4/24/1908 written to E. B. Gaston from Joseph Fels. Fels asks for several copies of the Fairhope Courier. He is going to try to get some English papers to notice the Fairhope Colony and the free water, telephone, library, schooling, bath houses on bay front, etc. provided by the Colony to lessees. Those who own their own land pay certain amounts of each of these. He notes the importance of enforcing the costs on those not in Colony. He was pleased to see Kiefer's letter in the Fairhpe Courier as he has written him to try to get Post to come to Fairhope and convince himself. |
