Petition to the Executive Council of the Fairhope Single Tax Corporation expressing how deeply those who signed it deplored the wanton destruction which had been permitted along the Bay Front (for the ball park) and requesting that in the future, in matters of such great public interest, that all Colony officers, members and lessees be given the opportunity to defend their rights and interests.
