Meeting Minutes of Fairhope Industrial Association Executive Council date January 22, 1895. Present: Aug. Dellgren, Rachel Dellgren, Geo. Pollay, Sylvania Smith, J. P. Hunnel and E. B. Gaston. Members present: M. Michaels, E. Smith and C. L. Coleman. Report of Auditing Com. was that they had examined the report of the Secretary and found same correct, also recommending payment of certain bills which they had also audited. Report of committee accepted and committee discharged and report ordered to be published in Courier. Bills of E. Smith and E. B. Gaston for use of hoses etc. and also bill of C. L. Coleman for services ans expense in looking after lumber allowed and ordered paid. The Secretary read a communication from Fred C. Ford asking that his subscription for two shares of Fairhope Stock be changed to one and he would pay up the balance. This was granted. Commissioner of Lands and Highways was instructed to see Mr. Stewart, the agent of the Bowen estate, at his earliest opportunity in regard to Stapleton fence in Bowen land, Nancy Lewis' claim etc. It being the date set for the special election of proposed amendments , which are stated in these minutes, the meeting took a recess and under charge of the resident Trustees, E. Smith and Clara M. Gaston, the said election was held. The Sec. reported the following persons in good standing and wives of members, having signed the constitution: J. Bellangee, S. S.
