Copy of a letter to the editor of the National Single Taxer newspaper dated 7/29/1897 likely written by L. G. Bostedo of Chicago, Illinois. Bostedo is defending the Fairhope Colony from criticisms it has received in that newspaper, and asks those in opposition to state exactly what the criticisms are relative to the single tax movement and its principles.
