Description |
Undated letter (but likely mid-1908) to Daniel Kiefer in Cincinnati, Ohio from A. J. Wolf in Fairhope, Alabama, responding to Kiefer's letter. Wolf says Kiefer's letter contains wrong information about the recently-completed election of May, 1908 in which Dr. Harris Greeno won the office of mayor over his opponent, E. B. Gaston. Wolf says Kiefer is wrong about the status of support for Gaston and the singe-taxers, and that he has been "hoodwinked and befooled." He says the incoming administration will be in the interest of all and will not be "hostile to the Single Tax Corporation." |
