Receipt for $1.00 issued by the Wheeler Mercantile Company to the People's Railroad Company for use of the hall for the PRR's annual meeting. E. B. Gaston approved the expenditure. Wheeler Mercantile was located on the southeast corner of Fairhope Avenue and Section Street. The large room on the second floor of the building was rented for events.
