Description |
Petition (likely written in 1904-05) of selected members of the Leaseholders Protective Union which is supporting an amendment to the constitution of the Fairhope Single Tax Corporation. These individuals are removing their names as being in favor of the amendment and say they "are satisfied with the present constitution" and "opposed to the useless and harmful agitation against" the FSTC. Signed by Fred Mathison, A. H. Mershon, C L. Mershon, Mrs. F. W. Call, Peter Smidt, and one name which cannot be read. |
