Mershon to oversee building the pierhead, authorized bids to be let for the concrete gutter, replaced W. Baldwin wtih J. G. White on the board, pay Mr. Streeter for goods lost on the wharf and hired Mr. Leaves (sp?) to rebuild the pierhead.
